If any product you have bought from JRS B.V. does not meet your expectations, you can return it up to thirty (30) days from receipt and receive your money back. Before you return a product, please contact us by e-mail for instructions and a return shipping label.
On buying the products the consumer can terminate the agreement without giving reasons during a period of 30 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day after the consumer receives the product.
With regard to the performance of services, the consumer can terminate the agreement without giving reasons during a period of 30 days, commencing on the date the agreement was entered into.
If after expiry of the period referred to the customer has not communicated s/he wishes to exercise her/his right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to JRS B.V., the purchase has become a fact.
During the cooling-off period the consumer must handle the product and the packaging with due care. S/he will only unpack or use the product to such an extent as necessary to judge if s/he wishes to keep the product.
If s/he exercises her/his right of withdrawal, s/he will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to JRS B.V., in accordance with clear and reasonable instructions issued by B.V.
If the packaging is damaged, repackaging costs of up to €.20,- may be charged.
To exercise her/his right of withdrawal, the consumer will be guided by reasonable and clear instructions given by JRS B.V. accompanying the offer and/or the delivery at the latest.
If the consumer wishes to exercise her/his right of withdrawal, s/he will be obliged to notify JRS B.V. within 30 days of receipt of the product. The consumer must preferably send this notification by e-mail.
After the consumer has sent a notification that s/he wishes to exercise her/his right of withdrawal, s/he will have to return the product within 14 days. The consumer will have to be able to prove that the items delivered were returned in time, for example by means of a proof of posting receipt.
If the consumer has paid, JRS B.V. will refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. However, the condition for the above is that the product is received in return by the web shopkeeper or conclusive evidence of a complete return can be submitted.
Shipping costs from us to the customer are excluded from refund.
If there is damage to the product, or parts are missing, JRS B.V. reserves the right to deduct the amount of the damage from the return amount.
